The first tournament took place in Minsk back in 2014 with 60 teams from the capital of our country. In 2019 VII Minsk Open Robot Tournament welcomed 1200 participants from 62 cities, towns and villages from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia and Kazakhstan. Robotics is popular not only among boys but also among girls, as well as among Belarusians of all ages. It promotes technical interests despite gender, age or background.
